Singgo is designed to let you create an email signature without requiring an account. Information you enter into the signature generator, such as your name, job title, email address, phone number, company information, social links, and any profile picture or logo you upload, is stored using your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device.
2. How We Use Your Information
Because your signature details are kept in your browser's local storage, we do not receive, transmit, or store this information on our own servers or databases as part of normal use of the builder. It stays on your device so that your signature is still there the next time you open Singgo in the same browser. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Uploaded Images
If you upload a profile picture or company logo, it is saved in your browser's local storage along with your other signature details and is processed locally to generate your email signature. You should only upload images that you have the right to use.
4. Local Storage and Your Control Over Your Data
Local storage is a standard browser feature that keeps data on your device rather than on a remote server. This means your signature information is only accessible from the same browser and device where you created it, and it is not automatically synced or backed up anywhere by Singgo. You can remove this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or cache for Singgo, or by using any in-app option to reset the builder. Clearing this data will remove your saved signature details from that browser.

Singgo may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain site functionality, understand how the service is used, and improve the user experience.

Singgo may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, or other functionality. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
